Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: AcuraLink at fortnightly against ALC Family's every 35 months. AcuraLink also leads on ratings volume (56K vs 1). ALC Family's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
