Worst car app
This app never works. I had the FordPass app and it worked almost perfectly for years and it was FREE with more features. I upgraded my car to an Acura. Now I have to PAY for an app that only works 10% of the time. I keep having to get into a hot car with my kids throughout this summer because the remote feature don’t work. The door status is never right. The gas tank status is sometimes right. The remote control never work! The app is always down. This app is pointless. Makes me regret getting an Acura instead of a Lincoln.

Fails to send commands
I have attempted to send commands to my ZDX and it never completes. The app also will not update battery levels. Support says to remove and install again but this never resolves the issue.
Remit start problem.

The remote commands are normally taking more than one min to send, and not always successful.

Remote Start is a PAIN!!!!!
Often times it doesn’t work! && when it does you get to the car, the door locks and doesn’t unlock unless you use the physical key or rely on the sometimes working app to cut it off! And try to unlock it that way && sometimes the app doesn’t even do that! Very inconvenient!!!! Frustrating too! Do better Acura plz! Yall cars are too expensive now.

I’M DISAPPOINTED
What’s the purpose of having this app if I can’t start my car with it like they said I would be able to specially now with this heat.
Works but IRRITATING
This is the most hated app on my phone. Thinks itself the center of the universe, no matter what may be going on when this fires up it steals focus and presents itself on your screen. Getting a destination put into Waze before putting it in drive; not anymore this app stole the focus. Checking for that next turn in an area you don’t know when using the map without directions; nope this app has to tell you it’s here and on. I hate this app.

Have fun being locked out of your own car
If I start my car via the app, a lot of times, it won’t let me into the car. I have to actually take the key out of the fob and insert it into the car for it to unlock. It’s really fun in the winter when you’re locked out of your own car and look like a dummy trying to get in. What a waste of money.

Unreliable App for a Paid Service
I’ve consistently experienced communication errors, maintenance outages, and other issues with the Acura app. It’s frustrating to pay a subscription fee for a service that only works part of the time. For a brand that markets itself as a luxury automaker, I expected a much more reliable digital experience. Unfortunately, the recurring problems have left me disappointed, and I’ll be looking at competitors that place a greater emphasis on delivering the level of service and reliability their customers are paying for.

acuralink does not work after upgrade
After upgrading to new version of apple appl.My credentials no longer work. It keeps looping me to create a new account. I scan the bar code. Says invalid vin because it added a “I” in front of the vin. When I manual enter vin it says transfer account? When I say no it loops me through the scan vin number.

Does this app work for anyone?
Update: would give zero stars if possible. This app has gotten worse. It auto starts when I start my car and even if I close it, it then launches again if I plug my phone into the car. Then, if I try and use CarPlay, my audio in the car is disabled. To the point that even if I unplug the phone, I can use no audio (no satellite, no FM, no Bluetooth, nothing). To get audio back I have to shut off my car completely and open the door to reset the system. Yes I know how to turn the audio on by pushing the volume button and that does nothing. This app has been removed from my phone forever. I’m not paying a yearly subscription to Acura for any of the offered features.
First, does this app actually work? Even the free features never work. Never tells me my odometer, fuel level, etc. It is absolutely useless. Second, why pay for all of these features with a yearly subscription? You got enough money from me when I bought the car. Maybe a one time cost and I may buy it. Same goes with the maps. Why would anyone pay for them when your phone has multiple apps that update regularly for free?

It works half of the time
Acura RDC
App will not crank car or unlock ! if keys are left in it OR there is a Window open or door open. Car will not start w app. It seems to NEVER BE AVAILABLE or FUNCTION when I need it to ! Will not buy another Acura without a FOB in my hand!
