Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Ruler at none against Ruler®'s 2. Ruler also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Ruler®'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 14 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.
