Verdict
WI Lottery and ReelLists both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of ReelLists's written reviews are positive against 64% of WI Lottery's. ReelLists also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). WI Lottery's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (14K vs 2). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

ReelLists holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. WI Lottery ships an update every 5 weeks, ReelLists fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
