RethinkCare vs HFS

RethinkCare, a division of Rethink Autism, is a holistic parenting and behavioral health benefit offered by employers to their workforce. It is not directly available to individuals at this time. RethinkCare is the only digital platform that uses evidence-based, clinically-validated approaches to support employees’ ongoing parental, personal, and professional needs. With 29 training areas, 370+ mini-courses, and 9,000+ daily sessions and resources, RethinkCare offers the largest digital skills training library for employees’ needs across all areas of life—from work life to home life and everything in between. RethinkCare may integrate with the Apple Health API to receive Apple Health data (e.g., Sleep and Steps) which we use to provide our services such as recommending content to users. Working parents also have 1:1 access to live Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). These graduate-level parenting experts are available by appointment, day or night, to help parents understand and act on their most complex challenges. This includes support for parents of children with learning and behavioral disabilities, such as autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome. RethinkCare is available in nine languages across more than 120 countries to help users be better parents, better employees, and better versions of themselves. Eligible employees can sign up through their employer and begin their journey to a healthier and happier life. Available user content is based on each employer’s specific subscription.

The Focus 4 Success (F4S) App is an innovative tool designed to support children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), developmental delays, and other neurodiverse needs. Key Features: Professionally authoritative and widely recognized assessments：Access evidence-based tools to evaluate your child’s abilities and progress. Personalized AI-Driven Training Plans: Receive customized HFS cognitive training programs tailored to your child’s unique needs, based on the Fundamental Abilities Survey (FAS) completed by parents or caregivers. Progress Tracking and Intervention Content: Monitor your child’s training with detailed progress/report and access a wealth of neurodiversity resources. Seamless Parent-Trainer Communication: Facilitate effective collaboration between parents and trainers for a smooth and productive training experience. About HFS Cognitive Training: The HFS system leverages the science of neuroplasticity to deliver a multimodal intervention that includes Structured Skill-Based Movement, Bone-Conduction Music Therapy, and Static Flow Training. Our certified HFS Trainers, accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) Continuing Education, use Dr. Edward Hallowell’s Cycle of Excellence to guide children through connection, play, practice, mastery, and recognition in each session. Through structured skill-based movements and bone-conducted music, trainers provide performance feedback to personalize and enhance training outcomes.
