Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MyVTech Baby Plus at 4.9 against Simyke's 2.0. MyVTech Baby Plus also leads on ratings volume (10K vs 45) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). Simyke's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 37) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.
