F3 Workout Timer is a free, smack-talking timer built for F3 beatdowns. Mark who posted and the app calls out PAX by name during heckles and motivation — no more generic countdowns. Dial the heat from low to high intensity and the callouts get more frequent and more savage. Sync every phone on the field to the Q's clock with a scannable QR code, so the whole beatdown moves together in real time. Keep going with the screen locked or the phone in your pocket — cues, beeps, and callouts keep firing. Built for every format you Q: standard station rotations, a simple countdown, a precise work/rest interval timer (fixed count or unlimited), or a freestyle stopwatch with no timer at all. Recently used timers are saved so you can start your go-to workout in one tap. Browse region playlists to queue up tunes for the whole AO, and send in your own smack-talk lines to get added to the callout rotation. F3 Workout Timer requires no account for normal use — sign in with Google or Apple only if you're managing your region's rosters, AOs, or playlists as an admin. Free. No ads. No subscriptions.
