You don’t always have to call, go into an office or find a desktop computer. You can do a lot from your smartphone. Try it out. Available in English and Spanish. • See if your case or application is approved, denied, pending, closed and what actions you need to take. • See and download notices that were mailed to you • Check out your next renewal/periodic report due date, for SNAP, CASH, ERDC, and Medical Assistance. • Get important, time-sensitive alerts and notifications about your benefits. • Take pictures of supporting documents and attach them to get benefits. • Manage your ONE Online account email and password • Find a guided tour of the app, FAQs, and referrals for additional resources. You must have an existing ONE Online account. No costs except for data rates.
