Migraine is complex - but it's not random. Migraine Heroes helps you make sense of the patterns behind your migraine: hormones and life stage, the symptoms that don't get talked about enough, and the everyday triggers hiding in plain sight. Our approach draws on both modern research and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese medicine, refined over years of working directly with people living with migraine - led by our founder, Diane Ducarme. HOW MIGRAINE HEROES SUPPORTS YOU SEE THE FULL PICTURE Track pain and everything that relates to it - sleep, stress, food, hormones - so you can see how the pieces of your daily life actually connect, not just isolated symptoms. NOTICE EARLY SHIFTS Change often begins quietly. Many people first notice a shift in sleep or baseline energy before their migraine pattern itself moves. BUILD LASTING CHANGE Small, consistent daily actions add up. Progress doesn't require perfection - showing up is what matters. DESIGNED FOR REAL LIFE WITH MIGRAINE Daily tracking takes just a few minutes, built to be manageable even on low-energy days. Real member stories, real science, from a team that has worked directly with people living with migraine for years. Migraine Heroes is for people who want a clearer understanding of what's actually happening in their body, and want to find lasting relief. IMPORTANT NOTE: Migraine Heroes is a wellness app and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Keepsake Diary is a diary that writes back. Write as if you're writing in a diary and the page answers. Tom remembers what you told it over time, but you might not always like what he says :) Three ways to use it: - Ask: ask a question or write about anything and the page will clear immediately - Journaling: write for longer and control when the page will write back - Tom's Riddle: one riddle a day. guess it or get roasted Tom is an AI, not a real person. This diary may not be suitable for some minors. If you write about hurting yourself, the character stops and you are pointed to real help; how that works is published at keepsakediary.com/safety.
