Migraines for 20 years stopped
I have had migraines for 20 years, and I thought I would always have them. No health/medical practitioner could help me to get rid of them and prescriptions failed me again and again. I was skeptical when I first heard of Migraine Heroes through a podcast, like really, just one more thing that’s not going to work? However, I have not had a full migraine since starting this program, more than two months now. Whereas at my worst, I might have five in two weeks. Great team and program
I’ve been with the program now for 2.5 months and have felt very supported by the great team of practitioners each and every day. I’m learning a lot about how food can help balance my system. My body is slowly adjusting to the dietary changes and I am feeling more energetic, with lesser migraine and discomfort symptoms overall. I know it’s still early in my journey and excited for the months ahead.

I can’t say enough about the team behind Migraine Heroes. They are incredible. The app is easy to use and I don’t find it difficult to do at the end of each day. This app and the support system within in is changing the way women( and men) feel about migraine disease. The app is super user friendly and full of information/ education/inspiration and most importantly support for migraine sufferers.

Life saver for migraine sufferers
Suffering from migraines is hell, but Nectar Health has got your back! What I particularly enjoy is working on the causes of my migraines (instead of the consequences aka the headaches). You will be adding a few foods to your diet (totally personalised to you) and what a difference it makes! The team is super supportive and my favourite feature is the “migraine now” button. Ready to live your real again, then just go for it, you will be forever grateful!
