In the application there are four tabs with different functions: Tab one, profile: the user's personal data appears (weight, height and sex) as well as anthropometric values (physical measurements) that are used for different functionalities within the nutritional plan. We can also find body values based on the ISAK methodology, both the measurements and the results obtained from them. Tab two, statistics: temporary graphs of parameters such as weight and its subtypes, sum of skin folds, percentages of body values and somatotype appear. The values are classified into the oldest, middle and newest reflected in different graphs. Tab three, feeding plan: the nutritional and supplementation plans are reflected for each scheduled intake during the day, as well as daily calorie and macronutrient values. We can also incorporate training sessions into the same plan. Within each intake, new foods or dishes can be incorporated, as well as different types of supplements and quantities. In the nutritional plan itself we have the option of doing it as a race or as training. It can be managed by the user themselves and by the administrator at the same time. The diet can be planned in advance or can be planned on the spot. Tab four, dictionary: the foods included in the application appear in addition to the recipes, recommended supplements and activities. You can see the amount of macro and micro-nutrients in each food as well as the preparation and nutritional value of each dish. Tab 5, others: PDF can be stored in it with the possibility of adding a title and saving it. WheelPower

WheelPower brings your whole cycling training together in one place. CALENDAR Your week in front of you: planned sessions, the weather for your rides, races coming up. Your rides arrive on their own from Strava, Wahoo, intervals.icu, Apple Health or a FIT, GPX or TCX file. You pick from a library of ready-made sessions, you send one to Zwift, to your ELEMNT head unit, or as an .ERG file for TrainerRoad and Rouvy, and you export your week as a PDF. A SESSION IN DETAIL Power, heart rate, cadence, elevation. Your intervals are recognised and grouped on their own: repetitions, normalised power, IF, TSS, variability index, time in each zone. Heart-rate drift tells you whether your endurance held to the end. And when the session was planned, you see what you actually did against what was on the plan. Lactate is logged interval by interval, or step by step outdoors, and reads next to the watts. Along with how it felt, how hard it was and what you ate on the bike. New records are flagged, and with no power meter, power is estimated. TODAY'S FORM A daily score out of 100, and the sentence that goes with it: today is a day to go all in, or a day to ease off. RECOVERY Morning HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and three questions on waking. Every signal with its baseline and its trend. RECENT LOAD Chronic form, acute fatigue and freshness (CTL, ATL, TSB), plus the monotony and strain of your week. NUTRITION Calories, carbs, protein and fat day by day. Barcode scanning and a library of gels and bars. Plus your water target for the day, worked out from your weight and the temperature where you are. PROGRESS FTP and watts per kilo, VO₂max, power record curve, durability, efficiency, weight and body composition. CLÉMENCE She knows your history, your sessions and your next race: you never have to explain yourself twice. She answers you every day within a daily allowance. On iPhone, on iPad, and in your widgets. AND WITH WHEELPOWER PRO, CLÉMENCE BECOMES YOUR COACH She starts by talking to you. Your goal, the days you have, the hours you have, your weak point: she builds from you, not from an off-the-shelf template. • SHE ADAPTS TO YOU, NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND. Three days a week or six, an hour at lunch or five hours on Sunday: you give her your constraints, she builds around them. And she weights the work towards your weak point. • YOUR PLAN UP TO YOUR RACE. Base, build, specific, taper: the weeks are laid out session by session, with target watts and the duration of every block. • IT REBUILDS WHEN YOUR WEEK CHANGES. A busy week, a trip, a flat day: say so, and the rest of the plan is rewritten around what you can genuinely do. • NUTRITION TARGETS THAT MOVE. Calories, carbs, protein and fat worked out on today's load, with the fuelling for your session. Your water target also rises with what the session cost you. And an AI estimates the calories on your plate from a photo. • CLÉMENCE WITHOUT LIMITS. Ask her anything, every day. Go Pro, and ride a plan that is yours. — Auto-renewing subscription.
