MEMBERSHIP Sign up for a membership plan directly in the app. View your current plan, next billing date, and membership status at a glance. Cash and check members can create an account and manage everything without entering card info. WORKOUTS See the Workout of the Day pulled live from Alpha's programming. Navigate the full week with the day selector, log your results, and build your personal training history. Import past SugarWOD history via CSV to bring your full record into one place. CLASS SCHEDULE Today's class times are always on the home screen. HYROX sessions are clearly marked so you never miss a specialty workout.
