Gym tracker and workout log built by a lifter, for lifters. Unlimited routines and workouts, your full history forever, no ads, no paywall spam. My mission is to deliver a workout log app that will help you make progress, build strength, and ensure hypertrophy, all that for free. I will never change a free feature to a paid one, spam the paywall, limit routines or workout logs, etc. (all the bad stuff other workout trackers do). What sets Strive apart: - Create unlimited workout routines, most trackers paywall this - Your full history, forever - every workout, set and chart since day one, no history limit. During a workout tap any exercise to see its history and your previous numbers - Your data stays yours - stored on your phone, backed up to iCloud, and you can create a manual backup anytime - Workout plans: 33 ready-made programs (nSuns, PHUL, Reddit PPL, 5x5, Arnold Split and more), a plan creator that builds a plan for you from a short survey, or your own plan with workouts assigned to days or in order - Plan summary - when a plan ends you get a progress analysis and recommendations - Automatic progression - turn it on in a routine and the app raises the weight or reps for the next workout, advanced rules are still there for the nerds - Automatic warmup sets, per exercise - RIR/RPE tracking with effective reps metric - Advanced charts, analyze routine, body part or exercise progress - Personal records and estimated 1RM for every exercise - Progress photos, compare them side by side - Measurements and body proportions, see how you compare to ideal ranges - Rest timer per exercise or per routine, visible on the lock screen - Home screen widgets and a personalizable dashboard, choose from many widgets in various sizes and have all the data at a glance - Plate calculator with your own plates and bars - Gear - assign straps, belts or sleeves to routines and never forget them again - Placeholder exercise - pick a category or body part and choose the actual exercise during the workout, based on how you feel or what's free at the gym - Custom keyboard to input workout data frictionlessly, copy values from the previous set, set a value for all sets, increment and decrement - Apple Health sync - import cardio and bodyweight, send your workouts to Health - Share workouts and routines with friends or followers, cardio share cards with your GPS route - PT report - send your coach a clean summary of your training - Mark workouts as deloads to better understand and analyze the data - Fully offline - I know some gyms have poor reception - Wrapped, see your year in review at the end of the year - Themes & theme creator - No ads, no selling your data, no tracking across apps Rest of the features that you would expect: - Exercise database with 335 exercises, animations and technique tips - Notes - All set types: warmup, dropset, myo reps etc. - Workout finish reminder - never again open the app to see that you have not saved the previous workout - Plan workout reminders - Dark mode I hope my app will help you achieve your goals, in general, just progress and get better. I promise to develop this app until it is your favorite gym log and workout tracker app. Remember, we all are gonna make it! Your gym bro, Artur. _________________________________________ Terms of Use: https://strive-workout.com/terms-conditions/ Privacy Policy: https://strive-workout.com/privacy-policy/
Retrolift
Read full descriptionHide full description
Retrolift is a workout log for calisthenics. Every exercise can have levels — tuck, advanced tuck, straddle, full — and each set records which one you did. Load a set with bodyweight, added kilos, a resistance band or a level. Mark whether you did it on a bar, rings or parallettes; each keeps its own history. During a session: type your numbers on the built-in keypad, the rest timer starts on its own, a stopwatch times your holds, and your last numbers sit in every set as a suggestion. Link exercises into supersets with one rest after the round. The timer keeps running in the background and sounds when the rest is over, and a workout in progress survives the app closing. Build workouts from 64 built-in calisthenics exercises with progression ladders, or add your own. Sort them into warm-up, skill work, strength and stretching, and group whole workouts into a routine — Home shows which one is next. After a workout, choose whether the plan should follow what you actually did. Progress is one chart per exercise: level, weight or reps over time. Plus bodyweight tracking, a frequency map and your best set for every exercise. Pixel font, hard edges, an illustration for every movement. Light and dark. Free, nothing locked. Use it as a guest or sign in with Apple to keep your data on your Apple ID. There's a tip jar in Settings if you want to say thanks.
