Bricks helps talents develop faster and go further. Talents develop fastest when they understand their own development. In Bricks, you follow your training, your sleep and how you feel in one place, and your profile follows you for your whole career. INSIGHT Short check-ins in the morning and after training and matches show you and the staff around you how you feel and how your load is developing. TRAINING See your training programmes, log sets, reps and kilos, and keep all your training in one place. KNOWLEDGE Short courses in the app help you understand your own development. REFLECTION Take the personality test and get to know yourself better. Reflection is a skill that can be trained, and that is what Bricks is built for. CALENDAR AND MESSAGES See your training sessions and matches in the calendar, say whether you are coming, and message the staff. INJURIES Report an injury straight from the app, so the staff know right away. COMMUNITY AND HEALTH DATA Connect with other athletes in the community, and bring in data from your phone's health app. HOW TO GET STARTED If your team or organisation uses Bricks, you will get an invitation from the staff. If you train on your own, you can try Bricks free for 14 days and then choose a monthly or yearly subscription. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play. Christian Eriksen, Mathias Gidsel and Mikkel Hansen are co-owners of Bricks, and every week more than 500 athletes use Bricks to develop.
