You're not addicted. You're just on autopilot. Every time you pick up your phone to "just check something," you lose 30 minutes to a scroll you didn't choose. It's not a willpower problem — it's a default problem. Focal fixes the default. How it works: When the scroll urge hits, open Focal instead. Choose from curated apps you actually want to spend time on — music, books, podcasts, fitness, journaling, meditation, and more. Then log what you did and watch your progress stack up. That's it. No lectures. No shame timers. Just better options, every time. Replace the Scroll Focal's app launcher gives you instant access to the things you keep saying you'll "get to." Music, reading, workouts, meditation — one tap and you're there instead of doom-scrolling. Block What Doesn't Serve You Set up Quick Focus sessions or scheduled blocks to keep distracting apps out of reach. Focal uses iOS Screen Time to put a real barrier between you and your scroll — with a gentle nudge to come back to what matters. See Proof You're Changing Every swap, every log, every session builds your streak and raises your level. Watch yourself go from Beginner to Legend — with real data showing how you're spending your attention differently. The Field — Your New Feed What if your feed was full of people reading, working out, and leveling up instead of performing? The Field is Focal's social space where users share what they did instead of scrolling. Cheer each other on. Get inspired. Feel the FOMO for productivity. What you get: - One-tap access to better apps when the urge hits - App blocking with Focus sessions and scheduled blocks - Progress logging with streaks, levels, and stats - The Field — a social feed built on real accomplishments - Daily attention tally so you can see where your time actually goes - Custom app library across 8 categories Built by someone who gets it. Focal was created by a social media creator who knows exactly how the scroll works — and why it's so hard to stop. This isn't an app built by people who don't use their phones. It's built by someone who used hers too much and decided to build something better. Download Focal. Replace the scroll.
