TechDisc for iOS makes it simple to connect to your TechDisc and begin measuring Spin, Speed, Nose angle, Hyzer angle, Launch angle and Wobble at home in your net or at the practice field. TechDisc is an innovative new tool to Know Your Throw, with hardware and software designed by disc golfers to accelerate every athlete's progression in the sport. A suite of sensors permanently attached to the center of a golf disc measures the forces and angles put on a disc. The data is transmitted to the app and uploaded to the cloud to crunch the data and determine throw type (Backhand, Forehand, Thumber, etc.) and angle (Flat, Hyzer, Anhyzer) to easily sort and filter your throws. Measure your drive, upshots, standstills, hyzers, rollers and anything else you want to improve. Find average spin for your forehand shots and backhand shots with a tap.
