Simple Workout Log
Read full descriptionHide full description
Log your sets. See what you lifted last time. Simple Workout Log helps you record weight, reps, and timed sets, keep your routines organised, and follow your progress. Follow a routine or choose exercises as you go. Keep your focus on the next set See your previous weight and reps while you log. Record each set as you complete it, using kilograms or pounds. Previous results carry forward, and you can set an optional starting weight for exercises you have not logged yet. Train your way Build routines from your own exercises. Use "Up next" guidance to work through one exercise at a time or alternate between exercises with round robin. Prefer to decide as you go? Choose exercises yourself and turn the guidance off. Clear progress indicators help you see what is finished and what comes next. See your progress Review past workouts and exercise reports, including your best weight and top set over time. Use that history as a reference for your next session. Look back with Calendar See when you trained and what you logged. Switch between Month, Week, and History to review sessions and see your recent training pattern. Start your calendar week on Sunday or Monday. Plan ahead when you want Your Home screen keeps today’s workouts easy to reach. Logging works without a schedule. If you prefer a plan, schedule individual workouts or repeating sessions, set start and end dates for a training block, and save your custom schedules to reuse later. Plans changed? Open a workout from another calendar date and start it today. Time your exercises Use the built in stopwatch for timed sets, then tap "Use stopwatch time" to copy the reading into your set. An optional Pro purchase unlocks unlimited exercises and all included Workout Plans. Pay once, with no subscription.
