eFITciency is divided up into 6 primary features. The Body Stats feature lets you track your weight, progress photos, and body measurements. The Goals/PR feature allows you to set and track exercise goals you've set for yourself. The Workouts feature is where you create your workout plans, set the workout days of your plan, and set the exercises for each day. The Diet feature allows you to track your food intake, as well as your macros. The Downloads feature will (once released) allow you to download workout plans from a certified coach directly to the app. Finally, the Options feature allows you to change the language of the app, submit a bug report, or meet the developer of this app :)

MuscleMemo is a simple workout log designed to make tracking your strength training quick and efficient. Easily record weight, reps, and sets, create weekly or custom workout routines, and follow your planned exercises while you train. View your previous workout results and copy previous weights and reps to reduce repetitive input. MuscleMemo also provides estimated 1RM values and exercise-specific rest timers to help you keep your workouts organized. Apple Watch is supported. During your workout, you can check your routine, log sets, and use rest timers directly from your Apple Watch without taking out your iPhone. In addition to standard sets, MuscleMemo supports supersets, giant sets, and unilateral exercises with separate left and right records. Cardio exercises can also be tracked by time, distance, and speed. Your workout history can be reviewed by date, making it easy to look back on previous sessions and track your training over time.
