Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Xscope at Free against Focus Pile's $1.99. Xscope also leads on ratings volume (86 vs 3) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.2). Focus Pile's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 2.4) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 weeks). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
