Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: GLHS at 4.6 against NYCPS's 1.7. GLHS also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). NYCPS's advantage is ratings volume (73 vs 5) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
