Overload was designed with one purpose in mind: to help you lift more. Stop forgetting previous sets, and keep track of your lifts and body weight exercises with a light-weight tool that doesn't get in the way. Add your workout group, add your workout, log your workout... that's it! We took the journal notes and spreadsheets we used to make and organized them digitally into Overload. And unlike your journal, the Overload app will let you know how you're doing compared to previous sets! Our goal was to create something simple that adapted to your workouts, and not the other way around. Disable/enable features and make the app work for you! Fully customizable, zero fluff. Lift. Log. Overload.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Overload at 4.8 against TrackFit's 2.5. Overload also leads on review sentiment (78% vs 67%) and ratings volume (10 vs 2). TrackFit's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
