IRIS IQ turns your phone into your whole desk. Calls, voicemail, messages and customer context in one place, so you can see who needs you and answer without switching apps. YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE Open to a single view of what is waiting: who needs a reply, what came in overnight, missed calls and new voicemail. No hunting across tabs to find out where you stand. CALLS THAT WORK LIKE A DESK PHONE - HD voice and video over Wi-Fi or cellular data - Attended and unattended transfer - Hold, mute and call park - Call via your cell when data is poor, so a weak signal never costs you the call - Recording playback with transcripts, where your system provides them ONE INBOX FOR EVERY MESSAGE - Business SMS and MMS from your work number, not your personal one - Internal team chat - Fax, where your organization has it enabled - Drafts saved per conversation, so a half-typed reply is never lost KNOW WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO - Contact 360 brings activity, tickets, files and notes onto one screen - Take notes during the call and keep them on the record - AI conversation summaries so you can pick up a long thread cold SEE YOUR TEAM - Live presence for colleagues: available, busy, on a call - Watch park orbits and retrieve a parked call in a tap - Log in and out of call queues when you step away KEYS, ARRANGED YOUR WAY Build a board of soft keys for the people, park slots, queues and numbers you use most. Drag to arrange them. Make as many boards as you need, and they stay the way you left them. VOICEMAIL WITHOUT DIALING IN Play a message, read the transcript where available, and clear it. Your voicemail count is on the home screen, so nothing sits unheard for a week. REQUIREMENTS IRIS IQ is a business phone client and requires an account issued by your organization's administrator. You cannot create an account in the app. Which features appear depends on your phone system and the permissions your administrator grants, so some capabilities described above may not be available to every user. EMERGENCY CALLS IRIS IQ places calls over your internet connection and may not work during a power or network outage. Emergency operators may not automatically receive your location, and may not be able to reach you back in the app. Always keep another way to contact emergency services.f
