You said you were done scrolling. Then your finger opened the app again. PosePause is an app blocker that puts a short physical reset between that impulse and more screen time. When you reach the limit you set, your distracting apps lock. To keep using them, hold a yoga pose or complete a short exercise in front of the camera. Instead of dismissing another warning, you have to stop, move, and decide whether you still want to continue. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps you keep opening 2. Set a daily time limit 3. The apps lock when you reach it 4. Unlock with a short fitness break FEATURES - Block overused apps automatically - Choose from yoga poses, squats, and stretches - Camera-based pose checking before unlock - Customize apps, limits, and unlock exercises - Review completed movement by day, week, or month - No account required PRIVACY Pose detection runs on your device. Camera video and pose data are never uploaded. Gentle, but hard to ignore. Yoga poses, phone pauses. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
