Calorie Creature vs Sprout Breaks

Turn your movements into rewards! Calorie Creatures transforms the calories you burn into points, which you can use to hatch and collect adorable virtual pets. Stay active, reach your fitness goals, and grow your collection—one movement at a time

Work feeling like a lot? Sprout Breaks gives you short, satisfying breaks matched to how you feel right now. Most take a minute or two. PICK HOW YOU FEEL • Anxious: slow things down with Breathing Bubble, Box Breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding, Thought Clouds, Worry Sorter, or Muscle Release. • Bored: wake your brain up with Color Echo, Odd One Out, Word Scramble, Number Hunt, Quick Draw, Trivia Bite, or Fidget Field. • Drained: recharge with Desk Stretch, Quick Recharge, Body Scan, Slow Rain, Kind Words, or Small Wins. Not sure what you need? Tap Surprise me and we'll pick one. GROW A GARDEN Every break plants something new. Fill all 24 plots to complete a seasonal garden, then start the next season. Keep a streak going, with no guilt for missing a day. GOALS AND JOURNAL Keep "This week" and "Bigger picture" goals and check them off as you go. Write in your journal with a daily prompt (there are 500) or write freely. SEE WHAT HELPS YOU After each break, say whether you feel a bit better. Sprout Breaks highlights the activities that work best for you. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no ads, no tracking • Everything stays on your iPhone • Your goals and journal stay on your iPhone; what you type in an activity isn't saved • Erase your data anytime in Settings MADE FOR THE WORKDAY Quick, quiet, and easy to use between meetings.
