About

Vylo

Features

Most nutrition apps count four things: calories, protein, carbs and fat. Vylo goes further. It reads all 32 vitamins and minerals from the food you already log, so you see what your diet is really missing, without entering anything twice. 32 NUTRIENTS, EVERY DAY Iron, calcium, vitamin D, B12, magnesium, potassium, folate, zinc, selenium and the rest, each with its own daily ring that fills as you eat. Your targets are built from your age, sex, height, weight, activity and goal, and the nutrients with upper limits are watched too, so you know when you have gone past one. Open any food to see every vitamin and mineral it adds to your day. LOG IT HOWEVER SUITS YOU Snap a photo of your plate and Vylo finds each food and its portion. It asks before it guesses, like how the fish was cooked or how much oil went in, and tells you how sure it is. Scan a barcode on packaged food. Search in English or Arabic. Typos are forgiven, and if a food is not there, Vylo shows the closest match. Save the meals you eat often and log them in one tap. Edit what is in a dish, like taking out the rice, and its nutrition updates to match. Create your own foods, and log vitamins and supplements alongside your meals. INSIGHTS IN PLAIN WORDS Every day, Vylo reads your log and tells you in plain sentences what you are short on, what you are doing well and one thing worth eating next. A weekly review pulls the whole week together. PROGRESS YOU CAN READ Your weight trend is drawn through the daily ups and downs, so a real change stands out from a heavy dinner. Nutrition trends sit alongside it. A WEEK THAT FITS YOUR LIFE Spend one weekly calorie budget your way: a bigger training day, funded by two lighter ones, each day with its own macro split. STAY CONSISTENT Keep your streak going, earn saves to protect it, and collect trophies for the nutrients you hit. Gentle reminders help on the days you forget. THE WHOLE APP IN ARABIC Switch Vylo to Arabic in Settings and every screen follows, right to left, with food names in Arabic too. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT KNOWS Where a nutrient value is missing, Vylo says "not available" and never guesses. Photo scans are estimates, and the app says so. MADE FOR IPHONE Send your food and weight to Apple Health and bring your weight back in. Keep today's progress on your Home Screen with the Vylo widget. Pick the app icon you like. Sign in with Apple in one tap. YOUR DATA Your log, weight history and saved meals follow your account to a new phone. Export everything, or delete your account and its data from inside the app. FREE AND PRO Free: logging, barcode scanning, search, your calorie and macro targets and your weight history. New accounts also follow one micronutrient in full for a week. Pro: all 32 micronutrients, the photo scanner, daily insights, the weekly review and export, the weekly calorie budget and Apple Health. Vylo is a nutrition tracker. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
