Flex Squad vs Choice

The Flex Squad app was created to help busy women torch unwanted body fat, build lean muscle and look and feel amazing

"Changing your mind only takes a second. Time for a choice." We all have invasive thoughts, drops in motivation or moments when we feel a little lost. Faced with this, most applications are content to show you hollow sentences in gold letters on sunset photos. Not very concrete when you really want to move forward, is it? With choice, we do things differently. Daily affirmations are proven to help reprogram our brain, build self-esteem, and break negative thought patterns. But for it to work, you have to take action. HOW DOES IT WORK? Close your eyes for two seconds, and choose who you want to become. Every day, choice offers you two personalized choices, adapted to your goals (gain in discipline, soothe you, trust yourself more...). It's up to you to "swipe" and choose the perspective that will guide your day. It's simple, it takes 30 seconds (even in transport or in the queue for your coffee, we don't judge), and by repeating the exercise every day, you realize how much you improve. WHY YOU WILL LOVE CHOICE: - The Choice of the Day: No endless lists. Every day, two thoughts, only one choice to make to stay the course. - Build your discipline (Streak): Keep the rhythm! Validate your choice daily to increase your winning streak. - Subtle Widgets: Add your personal promise directly to your home screen or locked screen so you never lose sight of it. - "Liquid Glass" Reminders: Program elegant notifications at the time of your choice (for your Choice of the day, to save your series, or just to receive a random positive thought). - Your space, your rules: Adapt the application to your life. Student, active, or between two phases? The choice algorithm adapts to your context. UNLOCK YOUR FULL POTENTIAL WITH CHOICE PREMIUM: Want to go further? The Premium experience gives you the keys to customize the application 100%. Unlimited access to tones: Motivating, Benevolent, Ambitious... change the style of your sentences (Rephrase) according to your mood. Zero limit: Make as many choices as you want every day. Free creation: Write your own inspirations and integrate them into your cycle. Visual customization: Unlock all themes, pastel colors, and even change the application icon on your phone (because the Koala or Jellyfish icon is still the great class). Every choice shapes who you become. I'm taking action today. And you? Download choice and start your new series now!
