Understand what takes energy. Notice what helps. Find a more workable day. NeuroAdapt ZONE is a free companion app for neurodivergent adults who want to recognise patterns in energy, stimulation and recovery at work and in everyday life. Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, late diagnosed, self-identifying or exploring your neurodivergence? You are welcome here. No formal diagnosis is required. CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF Record your energy and stimulation, then add an optional note about what was happening. Your check-in places you in one of six zones: Steady, Balanced, Wired, Overloaded, Flat or Understimulated. Each offers a starting point for reflection, without judging how you should feel. SEE YOUR DAYS MORE CLEARLY Review your check-ins by date and time. Notice recurring experiences around meetings, busy environments, demanding tasks or quieter moments. Add context in your notes and explore what you might protect or adjust. KEEP WHAT HELPS CLOSE TO HAND Save your own strategies and revisit them when you need a reminder. Try short guided resets, explore suggested actions and reflect on whether they helped. Choose what fits your circumstances. REFLECT ON YOUR WEEK Seven prompts help you reflect on experiences such as masking, mental effort, sensory demands and recovery. Review your responses over time to notice changes and consider what support might help. This is a reflection tool, not a validated burnout assessment. LEARN THE ZONE FRAMEWORK Explore short lessons built around four steps: Zero-in, Observe, Navigate and Engage. Use them to notice your experience, understand the context, consider your options and choose a manageable next step. YOUR ENTRIES, YOUR CHOICE No account is required. Your check-ins, notes and strategies are stored locally in the app. You can export your data or delete it from the app in Settings. Any copies you export or share are managed separately. Optional reminders help you check in at times that suit you. Created by David O'Byrne, a neurodiversity coach with lived experience of late diagnosis, NeuroAdapt offers practical tools for understanding your experience and exploring everyday adjustments. NeuroAdapt ZONE supports self-reflection and learning. It does not diagnose conditions, measure your nervous system or replace professional healthcare advice.
