IronForge is a sexual-wellness journal for adult men. During a solo session (masturbation) or time with a partner, log it with your Apple Watch or iPhone: count, duration, heart rate, and how long it has been since the last time. Most people have no idea what their real frequency and intervals look like. Seeing the pattern helps you understand your energy, adjust your routine, or plan ahead, for example when trying to conceive. IronForge only records and charts your own data. It contains no sexual imagery or explicit content and does not give medical advice. HOW IT WORKS Β· Once you start, rhythmic motion of your wrist (or the phone in your hand) is counted automatically Β· Live count, duration and heart rate; ends automatically after 90 seconds of no motion Β· Records are saved on the watch first and sync when your iPhone is nearby Β· Forgot to open the app? Add an entry afterwards SEE YOUR RHYTHM Β· Furnace: days since the last time, at a glance Β· Average interval and longest streak Β· 18-week calendar heatmap plus weekly, monthly and yearly stats Β· Rhythm curve, average frequency, average and max heart rate for every entry A LITTLE FUN Β· After each entry, forge a weapon: Common, Rare, Epic or Legendary Β· A 25-weapon collection and blacksmith levels from Novice to Ultimate WHY SO MANY PRIVACY CONTROLS This is very personal data, so: Β· Everything stays on your device: no account, no server, export to CSV anytime Β· Face ID lock, and the app is hidden in the app switcher (Pro) Β· By default the Apple Watch writes nothing to the Health app, so it doesn't close your rings or notify friends through Activity sharing (you can turn this on in the watch settings) PRO Try everything free for 7 days, then unlock Pro with a one-time purchase to keep full history and stats, remove ads and enable the privacy lock. For adults 18+ only.

You're tired. You meant to go to bed. Somehow, it's 1 AM and you're still scrolling. GoBed helps you put your phone down when it's time to rest. Choose the apps that keep you scrolling, set your schedule, and GoBed blocks them until your rest period ends. Set up a bedtime routine, an afternoon nap, or both. LET SOMEONE YOU TRUST HOLD THE KEY Ask a partner, friend, or roommate to keep your unlock key. While they hold it, you can't change your plan within GoBed. During a scheduled block, you'll need them to give you a key to unlock early through the app. NEED A FEW MINUTES? Your key keeper can return your main key or give you just 5 or 10 minutes. When that time runs out, your chosen apps are blocked again. Your main key stays with them. MAKE ROOM FOR BEDTIME AND NAPS Set separate start times, end times, and repeat days for nighttime sleep and naps. Block your apps from 11:30 PM to 7 AM, for example, and again from 1 PM to 1:30 PM. Turn naps off whenever you like without losing your settings. THREE WAYS TO STICK TO YOUR PLAN β’ Two Chances: up to two timing challenges per sleep period. Pass the first for 10 minutes, or the harder second challenge for 5. β’ Strict Lock: your chosen apps stay blocked until the period ends, with no early unlock within GoBed. β’ Key Custody: let someone you trust hold the key and decide whether to grant early access. EXCHANGE KEYS NEARBY OR REMOTELY Bring two compatible iPhones close together to exchange a key, or send an invitation when you're apart. Holding your key doesn't give the other person access to your messages or browsing content. REQUIREMENTS App blocking requires Screen Time permission. Both people need GoBed installed for key custody. Nearby exchanges require compatible devices and the relevant permissions. Remote exchanges require both people to be signed in to iCloud and connected to the internet. App restrictions depend on system authorization.
