About

Aion Coach

Features

Aion Coach is an adaptive workout planner for iPhone. Build a free training week around your goals and equipment. Use membership coaching to adjust sessions when you miss a day, travel, have less time, or find a busy gym. Answer a short intake, sign in with Apple or Google, and let Aion build your first training week. Choose whether you want workout reminders, then train from a clear Today screen. After workouts, log how it went so Aion can help adjust future sessions. Ask for exercise substitutions, intensity changes, form cues, or weekly review support without rebuilding the whole plan by hand. The plan is free: your week, every workout, and your logbook, with one exercise swap per workout. The Aion coach, the morning check-in, and changes to your plan run on a membership. Choose Weekly, Monthly, or Annual, and the Annual Membership includes seven days free for eligible Apple accounts before it renews. US App Store list prices: Weekly $3.49 per week, Monthly $9.99 per month, or Annual $59.99 per year after the eligible trial. Eligible Apple accounts can pay $2.99 for the first month of Monthly, then $9.99 per month; this is a paid introduction, not a free trial. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility within the subscription group. Local prices and eligible offers are shown in the app before purchase. Memberships renew automatically until canceled in Apple subscriptions. To avoid the annual trial charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Aion can remember training facts you provide, such as goals, equipment, schedule limits, exercise preferences, upcoming events, and recent feedback, so future guidance can use the context you already gave it. You can correct that memory in chat, request help through support, or delete your account from Profile. Features include Sign in with Apple and Google, personalized onboarding, weekly workout plans, rest days, recovery guidance, exercise details, targets, intensity, rest, form cues, AI coaching, workout logging, progress summaries, stats, personal records, in app account deletion, and support for metric and US style measurement preferences. Aion Coach provides fitness guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or emergency care. Stop training if something feels wrong and speak with a qualified professional when needed.
