Aion Coach builds training around you: your goals, level, schedule, equipment, and how workouts actually feel. Answer a short intake, sign in with Apple or Google, and let Aion build your first training week. Choose whether you want workout reminders, then train from a clear Today screen. After workouts, log how it went so Aion can help adjust future sessions. Ask for exercise substitutions, intensity changes, form cues, or weekly review support without rebuilding the whole plan by hand. Training runs on a membership. Choose Weekly, Monthly, or Annual, and the Annual Membership opens with seven free days of the full Aion coach before it renews. Aion can remember training facts you provide, such as goals, equipment, schedule limits, exercise preferences, upcoming events, and recent feedback, so future guidance can use the context you already gave it. You can correct that memory in chat, request help through support, or delete your account from Profile. Features include Sign in with Apple and Google, personalized onboarding, weekly workout plans, rest days, recovery guidance, exercise details, targets, intensity, rest, form cues, AI coaching, workout logging, progress summaries, stats, personal records, in app account deletion, and support for metric and US style measurement preferences.
