Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: iDryfire at monthly against Pistol Shot Timer's every 13 months. iDryfire also leads on rating (3.7 vs 3.5). Pistol Shot Timer's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 3) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
