Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: iDryfire at 3.7 against Dry Fire's 2.3. iDryfire also leads on review sentiment (43% vs 14%) and update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months). Dry Fire's advantage is ratings volume (33 vs 3) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
