Flow Nation Studio vs ALTRA80

For members of Flow Nation Studio to reserve their place in a class, sign up for gym events, and general account management like updating headshots and credit card on file.

ALTRA 80 is an 80 day discipline challenge, and the whole 80 days are free. You set your daily standard. You hold it, every day, and you seal the day before midnight. Miss and it costs you. That is the whole game, and it is the only reason Day 80 means anything. ALTRA 80 · THE FLAGSHIP · FREE Choose the habits that define your standard: training, water, reading, whole food, no alcohol, whatever discipline looks like for you. Tick them, seal the day, hold the streak for 80 days. No wall after Day 1. No account. Free from the first day to the last. THREE SHIELDS You begin with three shields. A missed day spends one. Spend all three and the run resets to Day 1. Forgiving enough to be human, strict enough to mean something. MARKS YOU KEEP Days 7, 20, 30, 40, 60 and 80 are marks, each with its own graphic. Permanent. A reset never takes one back. Tap one you have earned to share it. THE PHOTO One progress photo a day, so Day 80 shows the whole change. At the finish, your run is told back to you card by card: the numbers, the hardest week, the first and the last photo. THE CLUB A crew of people who see whether you sealed today and can send you a nudge. A board of everyone on the standard, counted and never named: how many started, how many finished, how many are standing right now. Both are off until you say yes, and you leave with one tap. YOUR DAY AS A STICKER Your day, your streak or your mark drawn as a sticker for Stories and posts, on a photo, on black, on white or transparent. Download it or share it straight from the app. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Widgets drawn like the board itself: the photograph of the day, the day set huge, the standard as squares that fill as you tick, your streak and your shields, and whether today is sealed. Three sizes, plus the lock screen and a Live Activity that counts the day down to the seal. Apple Health on the board: steps, active energy, exercise minutes, sleep and resting heart rate beside your standard. THREE PUSHES, YOUR TIMES Rise in the morning. Hold the standard at midday. Seal the day at night. Each at the time you set, each with its own line, and a streak guard that speaks only if the day is not sealed. Nothing nags, nothing sells. YOUR CREED Short sentences you want in front of you: who you are, what you are after. They join the quote of the day on the board and land as reminders when you choose. ALTRA MEMBERSHIP · FOUR MORE CHALLENGES Membership unlocks the rest of the house, plus the standard after Day 80. • Hard Reset · 20 days, six rules, a clean break. • ALTRA 50 · 50 days, a curated three, a fourth slot earned at halfway. • The Quit · name the habit, hold the line, ride the urge with a three step sequence, and watch what you reclaim. • I AM ALTRA · 80 days, twelve non negotiables every day, twelve feats proven at your standards, one miss ends the run.
