improof is a fitness and nutrition tracker for people who want real progress — and for the coaches who help them get there. Log your food by typing a sentence, let your workouts sync themselves, and keep everything in one place. LOG MEALS BY DESCRIBING THEM Type "grilled chicken sandwich and an apple" and improof turns it into a structured meal with calories, macros, and micronutrients drawn from the USDA FoodData Central database. Review and edit anything before you save. Prefer to search? Look up any food directly and adjust portions to match what you actually ate. TRACK EVERY WORKOUT Start a cardio session and follow your time, distance, steps, and heart rate live — on screen, on your Lock Screen, and in the Dynamic Island. Log strength work set by set with weight, reps, and running volume totals. Everything lands in your history with a weekly view and an activity streak. SYNCS WITH APPLE HEALTH Connect Apple Health once and your workouts, heart rate, steps, and sleep flow in automatically, including data from Apple Watch. Sessions you record in improof can be written back to Health, so your rings and your log agree. You can also connect a Fitbit or Garmin account. BUILD RECIPES ONCE, REUSE THEM Save the meals you eat all the time as recipes with a full ingredient-level nutrition breakdown, then log them in a tap. SET GOALS THAT MEAN SOMETHING Start with the aspiration — the thing you actually want — then break it into measurable goals for weight, daily calories, or activity minutes. improof calculates your BMR and TDEE from your body metrics and tracks your progress history over time, with reminders when you want them. TRAIN WITH A COACH Connect to a certified coach with an invite link or find one near you. Your coach can build training programs and meal plans that show up right in your app. You decide exactly what they see — activities, nutrition, recovery, or progress notes — with per-category consent you can change or revoke at any time. Not working with a coach? Every tracking feature works on its own. MADE TO LIVE ON YOUR PHONE Sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time email code. Light and dark themes, metric or imperial units, a profile you can rearrange, and a guided tour the first time through. Start where you are. Track what matters. improof. — improof requires an account. Health data access is optional and can be turned off at any time in the Health app or in improof's settings.
