Whether you want to find out which values characterise your life, which fruit you like best in order of preference or which characters you like best in computer games - with this app you can systematically organise your preferences, sort lists and make decisions more easily. Procedure for ranking your own values, the main theme of the app: It's not always obvious what your values are! Before making your selection, think about when you were particularly pleased or happy, what was behind this good feeling? Which value was fulfilled? Also remember when you were angry or disappointed, perhaps when someone behaved in a certain way. Then a value was probably violated, which one? Sometimes there are also conflicts of values. This happens when two values compete with each other. If you know your own important values, you can better understand why you behave in a certain way in certain situations and even deduce what good decisions you can make to achieve a better quality of life and live more according to your values.

What do you want your life to be about? Values Card Sort is a calm, focused space to answer that question. Work through a deck of 83 value cards — like honesty, family, creativity, and adventure — sorting each into what's Very Important, Important, or Not Important to you. Then narrow the field to the ten that resonate most, choose your top five, and put them in order. Finally, reflect on each one and name a single small step you can take this week. It's a simple, structured way to step back from the noise and notice what actually matters to you.
