Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Brush Touch at 100% against Yammak's 34%. Brush Touch also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Yammak's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 2) and update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Brush Touch holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yammak has 1.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Brush Touch ships an update fortnightly, Yammak every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
