Say how you feel. It's logged. Symptom Log is a symptom diary for bad days. Hold the button, say what's going on — "headache behind my left eye since lunch, took ibuprofen" — and let go. Your words land on a timeline, transcribed on your phone. No forms. No sliders. No chatbot. ONE TAP A DAY Pick the color of your day: clear, fair, hazy, cloudy or stormy. Days logged keep adding up, even when you skip a few. BAD DAYS, IN YOUR OWN WORDS • Hold and talk whenever something changes • Every note lands on one timeline, with the time • What you tried — meds, rest, ice, a dark room — is kept apart • Name your own symptoms in your own words ONE PAGE FOR YOUR DOCTOR Before an appointment, get the last 30 days on one page: what came up most, your longest stretch, what you tried and the questions you want to ask. Save it as a PDF, print it or email it. YOUR YEAR, IN COLOR Every day becomes one square. Share your year in color or a 100-days card: just colors — no words, no dates, nothing private. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your voice is transcribed on your phone and never stored • Your notes stay on your device • No ads, and no health data shared with advertisers Symptom Log is a personal journal. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Talk to a qualified health professional about your health. SYMPTOM LOG PRO Unlimited voice notes, the one-page PDF, monthly and milestone cards, and air pressure next to your timeline. The free plan keeps daily colors and 3 voice notes a week. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. About

Steadwise

If you're doing vestibular rehab — gaze (VOR) drills, habituation, balance work — you've probably hit the same wall everyone does: the exercise is supposed to make you a little dizzy, but not too dizzy, and nobody's in the room to tell you which side of that line you're on. Steadwise is the instrument for that. You set your starting point, and it holds your target range, paces each rep, times your recovery, and tells you calmly when to ease off — so you can do your exercises without doing the mental math while your head is moving. WHAT IT DOES • Sets a baseline before each session and holds your personal range (your "dose"), so you're not guessing. • Paces each rep with a calm spoken or visual cue — go only as fast as the target stays clear; you can slow it down anytime. • Watches your range and eases you off before you overdo it. Overdoing it is the thing to avoid, and Steadwise treats that as the point. • Times your recovery back to baseline, so you know the session settled. • Eases your difficulty up over weeks when you're ready — and steps it back, calmly, after a flare. A flare-up is an expected part of recovery, not a failure. • Keeps a private record of how you're trending, and exports a clean PDF you can hand to your provider. BUILT FOR HOW THIS ACTUALLY FEELS • Calm, low-clutter screens, large targets, reduced-motion and high-contrast options — because brain fog and visual sensitivity are real. • Spoken cues so you're not reading while you move your head. • A first-class safety step for anyone with a history of falls, and a clear "see your provider" off-ramp for red-flag symptoms. WHAT IT IS NOT Steadwise is a companion for exercises you've already been given — not a diagnosis, not medical advice, and not a positioning maneuver (it does not do the Epley or other canalith-repositioning maneuvers; those are a different treatment for BPPV — talk to your provider about those). It works alongside care for vestibular migraine, PPPD, vestibular hypofunction, and similar. Everything stays on your device. If your exercises came from a vestibular PT and you've been winging the "how hard is too hard" part alone, this is for you. Steadwise Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $39.99/year (with a 7-day free trial) or $7.99/month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
