Customize by exercise, routine, or both. • Add notes to exercises, routines, and workouts. Track form cues, machine settings, or how a session felt. • Supports imperial (lb) and metric (kg) units. Progression & Insights • Visualize gains with charts that show trends in volume, strength, one rep max, and more. • Pin your core lifts and track their progress over time with detailed charts and personal records. • See which muscles your training covers with a body map and a 12-week heat map. • Set a weekly workout goal and build a streak. • Track progression at the program level: workouts, volume, personal records, and consistency. • Log body measurements like weight and body fat percentage with trend charts. • Browse your workout history with a full calendar. Zoom from month to year to multi-year for a bird's-eye view of your training.
