Optional app diagnostics and exercise analytics are separate choices, both off by default. You can use workout features without sharing analytics. WHY I BUILT HANG HABIT I hang for them, so I can hang with them. I'm Scott. Danny, Hank, and Josie are my kids, and they're my reason to keep making time for my health. Hanging is one small part of that. I built Hang Habit to help the practice stick. I hope it helps you make time for your own reasons, too. Make time to hang.
