Breathe Flow walks you through slow breathing exercises. Pick a technique, choose 3, 5 or 10 minutes, and breathe with the flower as it opens on the inhale and closes on the exhale. Five techniques ⢠4-7-8 Breathing: in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, out for 8. Many people use it before sleep. ⢠Box Breathing: in, hold, out, hold, 4 seconds each. A steady rhythm for focus under pressure. ⢠Resonance Breathing: 5.5 seconds in and 5.5 seconds out, about five and a half breaths a minute. ⢠Physiological Sigh: two breaths in, then one long breath out, to calm down quickly. ⢠4-2-6 Breathing: a long exhale to slow down before bed. During a session ⢠A countdown in the center of the flower shows the seconds left in each phase. ⢠Eyes-closed mode guides you with gentle vibrations, so you can keep your eyes shut. ⢠When the time is up, the session waits for your last breath to finish. ⢠Text follows your device text size, and the flower respects Reduce Motion. Your progress Home shows your daily streak, your last seven days, and this week's sessions and minutes. Learn Short articles on the science of breathing and how it helps with stress. Apple Health Breathe Flow can save finished sessions to the Health app as Mindful Minutes. This is off by default, and you can turn it on in Settings. The app only writes these sessions and never reads your health data. Breathe Flow is free, needs no account and shows no ads. Your history stays on your device.
Breathing Exercises App

Breathing Exercises is a simple breathing app designed to help you calm down, sleep better, and manage stress in everyday life. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, overthinking, or just need a quiet moment to reset, guided breathing can quickly shift your state and bring your focus back to the present. Breathing exercises are one of the most effective tools for stress relief. Slow, paced breathing helps regulate your nervous system, lower heart rate, and reduce the intensity of a panic attack. With structured sessions for calm, sleep, and focus, the app supports both short breaks during the day and longer wind-down routines at night. If falling asleep is difficult, you can use gentle breathing patterns to relax your body and prepare for deeper rest. The app includes guided breathing sessions such as box breathing, paced breathing, and simple relaxation flows. You can choose exercises for anxiety relief, stress recovery, or improving concentration before work or study. For those who practice meditation or mindfulness, breathing becomes a practical anchor that keeps attention steady and reduces mental noise. You can also create custom breathing exercises tailored to your rhythm. Adjust inhale, hold, and exhale durations, define session length, and build routines that match your needs. Over time, detailed analytics show your total sessions, active days, average daily practice, and the time of day when you breathe most often. This helps you build a consistent habit and see real progress. Reminders make it easier to stay on track, while the calendar view shows your practice history at a glance. Data can be exported and imported in JSON format, and Apple Health integration allows you to track mindfulness minutes alongside your other health metrics. Whether your goal is to relax, manage stress, improve focus, or simply breathe with intention, this breathing app gives you practical tools to feel calmer and more balanced every day Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
