Breathe Flow walks you through slow breathing exercises. Pick a technique, choose 3, 5 or 10 minutes, and breathe with the flower as it opens on the inhale and closes on the exhale. Five techniques • 4-7-8 Breathing: in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, out for 8. Many people use it before sleep. • Box Breathing: in, hold, out, hold, 4 seconds each. A steady rhythm for focus under pressure. • Resonance Breathing: 5.5 seconds in and 5.5 seconds out, about five and a half breaths a minute. • Physiological Sigh: two breaths in, then one long breath out, to calm down quickly. • 4-2-6 Breathing: a long exhale to slow down before bed. During a session • A countdown in the center of the flower shows the seconds left in each phase. • Eyes-closed mode guides you with gentle vibrations, so you can keep your eyes shut. • When the time is up, the session waits for your last breath to finish. • Text follows your device text size, and the flower respects Reduce Motion. Your progress Home shows your daily streak, your last seven days, and this week's sessions and minutes. Learn Short articles on the science of breathing and how it helps with stress. Apple Health Breathe Flow can save finished sessions to the Health app as Mindful Minutes. This is off by default, and you can turn it on in Settings. The app only writes these sessions and never reads your health data. Breathe Flow is free, needs no account and shows no ads. Your history stays on your device.
