Glimpy is a calculator, reversed: your child does the math. For ages 5 to 10, from preschool and year 1 through year 4 of primary school. Five carefully structured levels progress from addition and subtraction to 30 through all four operations in the number range to 1,000. No ads, no subscription, no data collection. Multiplication and division use recognisable strategies and compatible numbers instead of arbitrary written calculations. This broad sequence follows a progression common to primary curricula across many industrialised countries. Exact timing varies by country, school and child, so ages and school years are a guide rather than an assessment. Normal rounds mix the operations intended for the selected level. Use the 1×1 key to focus on one chosen operation and number for a whole round. The display clearly indicates when focused practice is active. Each round is ten problems.
