Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: AWTOS at 5.0 against Base Power's 4.4. AWTOS also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Base Power's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (45 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
