PBros is a simple paid toolkit for fasting, cold-exposure timing, sauna sessions, breath practice, and daily stack reminders. Fast with a live timer, phase cues, and an estimated end time. Time cold-exposure and sauna sessions with optional rounds. Run a guided breath session. Set morning, afternoon, and evening stack reminders (product names only — not dosing or medical advice). Home Screen widget shows your live fasting time while a fast is running. Apple Watch companion for Fast, Plunge, and Sauna. Important: Keep your iPhone and iPad dry. Do not take them into water, ice baths, or saunas. Session timers are for dry-side use. Prefer Apple Watch if you need a timer near water. No ads. No accounts. Data stays on your device. Not medical advice. For adults 18+. Talk with a clinician before fasting or temperature protocols if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care, or have been told not to fast.

Verdict
The clearest difference is price: ECHO Water at Free against PBros's $4.99. ECHO Water also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). PBros's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
