It’s not letting me pair it to my iPhone pls need help I would love to have it on my phone and track my progress other than that everything works great

False Advertising + Rating Reset Scam — UDAP Violations
I hope no internal emails exist showing Echo knowingly shipped the Flask and app while violating every state’s Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices laws. The product and app deliver almost none of the core features promised on the website since launch.
Worse, they repeatedly issue minor updates solely to reset the App Store rating, hiding hundreds of prior 1-star reviews about the same unfixable sync, pairing, firmware, and tracking failures. This is deliberate deception.
Remove all false claims from the website, stop shipping this defective product, and pull the app — or face class-action exposure and regulatory scrutiny for snake-oil false advertising.

Terrible App
This app doesn’t even reflect what is the correct information you see on the bottle. I’ve had a few times where the app doesn’t recognize that the bottle was just used. This app needs a ton of work.
Simple, Beautiful App
App does exactly what it needs to do in terms of tracking my hydrogen consumption and allowing me to control my Flask right through the app. Very simple, beautiful design that reflects the premium product.
Doesn’t work
When I open the app a screen flashes up telling me what’s new in app but then I can’t remove it from the screen so now can’t use the app at all ! Great update this is !
Great product but terrible app
The flask is amazing and I love it. The most expensive in the market but the app is so bad!! I was hoping for an improvement as it’s very basic and the previous version was not great but after the upgrade its useless !! I has a banner with all the supposed ´improvement´and you can’t access the app at all. I deleted the app 3 times and nothing its frozen.

Easy syncing, easy updates, beautiful UI
Best part of the Echo app is how easy it is to use. My Flask connected in secor syncing has been seamless, and firmware updates were quick and stress free.

Since the update to the app and better user experience changes, mine is working great and tracking and synchronizing well.
One addition on next app would be great to have ability to add Hydrogen inputs, especially when we use the Hydrogen prebiotic stick. - thank you!

Handy App
I originally had problems with the hydrogen data syncing but it looks like they fixed that. The log water feature is handy.
App needs more development
Love my flask but it doesn’t sync with the app or install any updates I uninstalled the app to start over and now I don’t even get the email with the code to get into my account. Disappointing
Terrible app
App used to work till latest update. I mean it would not sync with Apple health app but it synced with bottle. Now after update it does nothing. Tells me upgrade is completed then tell me to update again to SAME UPDATE. TERRIBLE APP
Getting better
The app is getting better. Strange that a $300 water bottle would launch with a useless broken app, but recent updates have come a long way. Only issue is I have no idea how to estimate or use ounces. I use milliliters and liters to measure all my water. It would be good if they updated the app so the user can select what measurements to use, and even set their own custom water amounts to coincide with their personal water bottles. Giving it two more stars for cleaning up the app and simplifying, but still feels half-baked. Don’t add features, just improve the ones that are there and it could get a 5 star. Also, add hydration syncing with Garmin if they allow that.

I like the simpler design with the latest update but it no longer pairs/tracks with the flask, making it even more useless. The flask is great, the app STINKS. There's no way I could recommend the product to anyone.
