The unit cant not connect to the wifi
So far the set is painful. The unit cant connect to the wifi. Checked all options. Wifi works fine, refreshed, reinstalled…. Once will figute out the issue, mught update the ratings.

I love it
My teeth feel different than after a normal tooth brushing. They feel like they have been through an intense cleansing. I absolutely love this product. This will grow in popularity quickly, as more people try it.
Wifi doesn’t work
My house has the highest reach of Wifi in my neighborhood. I have access point to every room and I connect many devices every day with no problems. I’m standing by the router with my toothbrush in my hand and he’s not able to connect to the network and he keeps telling me to retry I’ve done it 100 times, this thing is useless.
Also the mouthpiece is so big that it make me gag can’t brush with this in my mouth.

Broke after 5 brushes
Cool idea. Overall, cool product poorly executed. Onboarding the user to the product choppy and overall not as pleasant experience. But the kicker of it all is my $300 toothbrush lasted all of 5 brushes and is NOT waterproof. Support doesn’t really help me just keep kind of running me around. I work in technology and product dealing with software that talks to hardware or IOT devices, I do not see how I fix it without sending it back to Feno.
