I have been able to pinpoint areas to improve my health through specific supplements and actionable steps with the lab work, AI insights and my own research and questioning. I am more educated at my doctor’s appointments (or know who to reach out to when I need more answers or testing) and understand my body so much better. App is great
I haven’t actually taken my tests yet (they are in a few weeks) but the app is great. It’s been helping me experiment with improving my sleep by working through my past data to figure out which variables impact it the most
