I was fed up with careless doctors that don’t even read or interpret blood tests for me leaving me puzzled with my health deteriorating by the day. Superpower kept their promise, had top notch service before and after blood test, and now following a workable plan built by a state of the art medical AI that fees so genuine and true, answering all my questions on the spot and connecting to all my health data from my Apple Watch to past blood tests. I few well served and I am forever a superpower fan and member.

Finally true answers
I was a very healthy woman until I had COVID. I went from a marathon runner to covid dropping my oxygen level to 64 to looking as though I recovered but knowing something was still not right. Superpower analyzed everything. Told me that what was happening wasn’t psychological, but physical changes that had altered my body. Now I have a plan that is workable that I feel like I can finally get my old life back on track. I didn’t think that was possible, but now I have hope.

New to Superpower
I’m struggling to lose body fat despite doing HIIT workouts 5-6 days a week. Superpower so far is leading me in the right direction… and has been great at tying the statistics, cause & effect, and lifestyle together. I feel good about the plan so far and will report out an update after my next 3 month plan execution.

Love the app but small UI issue
When I talk to the AI, the response is very long, it keeps on generating which is amazing because I like details, but I need to wait for entire response to finish in order to see the top part. The screen flickers, because I can’t even read the first paragraph while the other 5 are being generated. It keeps pushing the top content more up and up while generating new content. I don’t always wanna read the last sentence, wanna start from top.

Don’t fall for this garbage.
Spent well over 400 bucks after getting the test I wanted etc. it’s been 2 weeks plus and still not what I paid for. I’m filing a suit for fraud. This is literally a money grab ponzi scheme type situation.

I would avoid Superpower at all costs. 11 days after my blood test, I had to contact Superpower about my test results. 5 minutes after contact Liz, from customer service, said my results would be loaded. 5 out of my 100 biomarkers were loaded and within 30 minutes deleted by Superpower. Customer service has been a nightmare and they’ve stopped responding to me.

Great access but AI fatigue.
I enjoy having the app. Smooth interface and all. But the AI is the first thing that pops up. When I go to the app, I wish it’d be on what is designated as my “Home Screen” and not automatically to the AI screen. AI is everywhere these days and while it can be a great tool, it’s being overdone everywhere and would be nice to not have it shoved in our face first thing on every single app and site these days. Many people are getting tired of it. In my opinion, the first thing that should always pop up when first opening the app is our “digital twin” and our personalized lab data, not the AI that I hardly ever use. I’d still like AI on there as a tool but feels like it’s becoming the main focus. Just my two cents.

I gave my blood a week ago and they aren’t even processing it yet. I’ve contacted them every single day to understand what is happening and have received no response.
