PaceIQ is a spoken pace coach for outdoor running and walking. It talks to you while you move, on your Apple Watch or on your iPhone alone, so you stay on your target pace without looking at a screen. WHAT YOU GET • Real-time voice coaching: "speed up", "slow down", "back on track", split countdowns and encouragement, spoken in your language • Apple Watch or iPhone alone: no watch? Start a fully guided workout from your phone, with a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • An adaptive pacer, not a graph: it follows your drift and speaks up only when it matters • Weather insight: the Calculator shows how heat, humidity and dew point affect a realistic pace for today • Effort ceiling: set a heart-rate limit and the coach keeps you under it, even if that means easing the pace target • IQ Plan: structured multi-segment workouts, or one-tap Auto Split templates: intervals, tempo, Yasso 800s, run/walk • Physiological Impact after every workout: heart-rate recovery and fluid loss • Running Style analysis from your Watch: stride length, ground contact, vertical oscillation and running power • Full workout history with pace-performance graphs, and Apple Health integration in both directions • Share your workout as a Story on your social networks BRING YOUR OWN AI COACH The AI Analyst copies an honest, complete briefing of your workout to the clipboard: recording source, heart-rate device, plan vs. actual for every segment, and what is missing. Paste it into your preferred digital assistant (LLM). There is no AI subscription inside PaceIQ. 17 SPOKEN LANGUAGES The coach speaks, and the app displays, in English, Arabic, German, Spanish, Persian, French, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Turkish and Simplified Chinese. Right-to-left languages are fully supported. HONEST PRICING Free to download. Pro adds full workout history, the advanced workout calculator and detailed heart-rate graphs, from $9.99 a year. Elite adds the voice coach, IQ Plan, physiological analysis, Running Style and the AI Analyst, from $34.99 a year. A year, not a month. Local prices may vary. Built by one developer, designed for the Watch to coach you standalone, with no phone in your pocket and no network needed.
