Most workout apps hand you a generic plan and hope you own the right equipment. NeuroFlex does the opposite: point your camera at your space and it identifies what's actually there, then builds a workout around it. SCAN YOUR SPACE Open the camera on your gym, home setup, garage, hotel gym, or a park. NeuroFlex detects the equipment in frame (dumbbells, barbell, bench, rack, bands and more) and programs around exactly what you have. Nothing but you and the floor? It builds a bodyweight session. Prefer to skip the photo? Add your equipment by hand in seconds. BUILT AROUND YOU Tell NeuroFlex your height, weight, fitness level (Beginner to Athlete), and primary goal: build muscle, build strength, lose weight, improve endurance, or maintain fitness. Have limitations or past injuries? Switch them on and NeuroFlex adapts (lower back, knee, shoulder, wrist, hip and more) plus adjustments like low-impact only, extra mobility, slower tempo, balance and stability, or seated options. It trains around you, not the other way around. YOUR WORKOUT, YOUR WAY ● Plan types: Straight Sets, Supersets, Circuits, HIIT, Pyramids, Drop Sets, EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata and more ● Target anything: full body, push/pull/legs, upper/lower, or a single muscle group ● Dial in each session: duration, sets, rest, warm-up and cool-down, timer sounds ● Schedule 3-4 days a week with automatic rest days TRACK REAL PROGRESS NeuroFlex remembers what you trained, balances your muscle groups over time, and adjusts recommendations. Run a Full Evaluation to benchmark your fitness against reference norms and watch it climb month over month. A COACH IN YOUR POCKET Not sure what an EMOM or a superset is? Ask AI, right inside the app, for guidance, form tips, and answers whenever you need them. WHY NEUROFLEX ● Works anywhere: home, gym, travel, outdoors ● No wearable required ● Adjusts when you miss a week ● Great for getting started, breaking plateaus, or easing back in after time off Start with a scan. Get your first workout in about a minute. NeuroFlex is a fitness tool, not a medical service. Workouts and analyses are AI-generated for general information only and are not medical advice. You know what you want to do at the gym. You've planned your sets, your reps, your weights. What you've never had is an app that holds that plan alongside what you're doing — in real time, every set. And one that automatically manages your periodization cycle from your one-rep max. Torqe is built for lifters who program their own training. Set your target weight, sets, and reps before you lift. Log your actuals as you go. See both on the same screen. When you finish, Torqe reviews every exercise where you hit your targets — and suggests your next weight increase. For your primary compound lifts, Torqe now automates full 16-week periodization cycles. Enter your one-rep max, mark the lift as a periodization lift, and Torqe calculates every weight, rep, and set across four mesocycles — automatically. When the cycle ends, your new 1RM is calculated and the next cycle begins heavier. WHAT TORQE DOES DIFFERENTLY Every other app tracks what you lifted. Torqe tracks what you planned to lift — and shows both side by side, every set. Every other app makes you manage your own periodization in a spreadsheet. Torqe automates the entire 16-week cycle from a single input. We tested 15+ of the most popular workout apps before building this. Not one of them had either feature. WHAT YOU GET — Set target weight, sets, and reps for every exercise before you train — Log your actuals alongside your targets on the same screen — See immediately where you hit, missed, or exceeded your plan — Built-in rest timer between sets — Post-workout progression review — every exercise where you hit targets gets a suggested weight increase — Previous session always visible so you know exactly what to beat — 16-week automated periodization cycles for primary lifts — four mesocycles, built-in deload weeks, automatic 1RM recalculation WHO THIS IS FOR You already know your program. You know what exercises you're doing, roughly what weights you're moving, and what you're working toward. You don't need an app that tells you what to do. You need one that tracks whether you did what you planned — and manages your periodization cycle while you focus on lifting. If that's you, Torqe was built for you. Free. No subscription. No ads.
